Many Believe that Microsoft Paint (MS Paint) is all the same.. NO Indeed to some degree I learned otherwise myself. I wont get into much detail which is what the Movie Helps with & Download Accomplishes.
(I Have Requests by MANY who are on Windows 7 that HATE MS Paint , hence they download an Older Version)

    It's not worth installing the older versions of MS Paint from Windows ME and older Windows because they have limited functions. You cannot create or save images in JPG format. As they only save them in Bitmap. So you are better off installing the ones from Windows Vista or XP. As they save all formats including JPG and TIFF and are fully functional. And they work on Windows 7 and 8. You need only to copy the MS Paint exe from system 32 in Windows XP or Vista onto Windows 7 or 8. I wrote how to do this here:

    @Mforwinners No..lol.. Theres a lot of stuff to figure out on usershare and fileserve.
    The easiest one is the Jumbo file link. Just Press "Download File" 3 times. The screen will change each time. The 2 to last time will look gray but u can still click it. Then a windows pop-up will ask you- Open or Save? Choose Save and then you'll have your file.. Thats the best I can offer.. Even usershare just has 2 clicks… Just stay near the filename.

    @lonewolfgin Longhorn was a SNEAKED Windows Operating System out Version of Windows. It was Never meant to be in public's hands. I took the MsPaint from it and offered it in this package.
